We sell furniture, lighting, home accessories and related home and lifestyle products through our online store.

2. Our products

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, materials, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. Natural materials such as wood, stone, marble, glass and handcrafted finishes may also have variations in colour, grain, texture and appearance. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

Product dimensions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but minor variations may occur.

3. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Some products are held or dispatched by our supplier partners. Stock information may therefore change between placing an item in your basket and completing your order.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Where we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will offer an appropriate alternative where suitable or provide a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:

a product is unavailable;
we cannot obtain authorisation for payment;
there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error;
delivery cannot reasonably be made to the address supplied; or
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Where VAT is applicable, our consumer-facing prices will include VAT at the applicable rate.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment is taken through the payment methods made available at checkout.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error after an order has been placed, we will contact you before proceeding with the affected item.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom, subject to any exclusions or restrictions stated on our website.

Delivery estimates vary by product. Please refer to the estimated delivery information displayed on the relevant product page and our Shipping Policy.

Some products are dispatched directly by our supplier partners. If your order contains products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate deliveries and at different times.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details supplied with your order are accurate.

For larger items, you are responsible for checking that the product can reasonably be delivered through doors, stairways, lifts, hallways and other access points at the delivery address.

7. Delays

Occasionally circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will aim to keep you informed and work with you and our delivery or supplier partners to resolve it.

Your statutory rights in relation to delayed delivery are not affected.

For most online purchases, consumers have statutory cancellation rights. Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns & Refund Policy limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

9. Damaged or faulty goods

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at hello@orlams-home.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number and providing photographs where appropriate.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

10. Ownership and responsibility for goods

Responsibility for goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

You own the goods once we have received payment in full.
